Section 01

Service Scope

This Service Level Agreement ("Agreement") governs the provision of technology services by Damerax Cloud Solutions through the Boutiques Only™ platform. The platform delivers cloud-based software infrastructure designed exclusively for designer boutique studios.

The services covered under this Agreement include the following systems:

Leela™ by Boutiques Only

Digital Design Catalogue — a curated customer-facing design discovery system for boutiques.

Atelier™ by Boutiques Only

Visual Order Management System — a comprehensive system for creating, managing, and billing boutique orders.

Pulse™ by Boutiques Only

Boutique Operations Control System — an internal workflow management and department coordination system.

These systems operate as cloud-based software services ("Services") provided, maintained, and operated by Damerax Cloud Solutions. Access to these Services is granted to boutique partners upon successful onboarding.

Section 02

System Availability

Damerax Cloud Solutions targets the following availability for the Boutiques Only platform:

Availability Target: 99% monthly uptime across all active platform services.

Availability is measured on a calendar month basis and excludes periods of scheduled maintenance, which are communicated to clients in advance wherever possible.

The following circumstances may affect platform availability and are not counted against the uptime commitment:

Damerax Cloud Solutions continuously monitors platform performance and takes proactive steps to maintain service reliability consistent with the stated availability target.

Section 03

Scheduled Maintenance

Periodic maintenance of the Boutiques Only platform is conducted to ensure the continued security, stability, and performance of all services. Maintenance activities may include:

Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access to platform services. Damerax Cloud Solutions will endeavour to:

Emergency maintenance required to address critical security vulnerabilities or system failures may be performed without advance notice when necessary to protect platform integrity.

Section 04

Technical Support

Damerax Cloud Solutions provides technical support to boutique clients for issues related to the Boutiques Only platform. The following response expectations apply:

Support response times are measured during business hours, Monday through Saturday. Response times may vary during public holidays or periods of high support volume.

Section 05

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effective and secure use of the Boutiques Only platform, boutique clients are responsible for the following:

Important: System misuse, unauthorized modification attempts, or actions that compromise the integrity of the platform may result in immediate suspension of access without prior notice.

Section 06

Data Protection

Boutiques Only is committed to the responsible handling of data within the platform. The following principles govern data protection practices:

Data ownership: All boutique customer data — including customer records, order history, measurements, and business records — remains the property of the respective boutique. Damerax Cloud Solutions acts as a technology provider and data processor, not as a data owner.

Data use: Customer and order data stored within the platform is used solely to deliver and improve the Services. Data is not sold, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or used for advertising.

Security practices: Damerax Cloud Solutions implements reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect platform data, including:

While Damerax Cloud Solutions implements strong security practices, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. Boutiques are encouraged to maintain their own secure practices for staff credentials and device management.

Section 07

Service Limitations

Damerax Cloud Solutions endeavours to maintain a highly reliable and available platform at all times. However, certain factors may affect service delivery that are outside the direct control of the company. Boutiques Only does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform in circumstances including:

In all such circumstances, Damerax Cloud Solutions will act promptly to restore service, communicate with affected clients, and implement measures to prevent recurrence where possible. The platform is actively monitored and continuously maintained to ensure the highest practicable level of reliability.

Section 08

Service Modifications

Damerax Cloud Solutions continuously develops and improves the Boutiques Only platform. As part of this commitment, Damerax Cloud Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or enhance platform services from time to time. Such modifications may include:

Service modifications are performed with the intent of improving platform reliability, security, and functionality for all boutique clients. Where modifications may materially affect existing workflows or require client action, Damerax Cloud Solutions will communicate relevant changes through available notification channels.

Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated service configuration.

Section 09

Jurisdiction

This Service Level Agreement and any disputes arising from or related to the provision of services under this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Boutiques Only platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in:

By using the Boutiques Only platform, boutique clients agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana for the resolution of any disputes arising under this Agreement.
